At Avenelle Luxe, we take pride in offering carefully selected, high-quality products from trusted suppliers. Every item is inspected and packaged with care before it ships.
Because many of our products are personal-use wellness and skincare devices, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will gladly assist with a replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Replacement Eligibility
We are happy to replace an item at no additional cost if:

You received the wrong item.
To request a replacement:

Once we confirm the details, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.
Hygiene & Safety Policy (Very Important)
For the safety and protection of all customers:

We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare/wellness devices.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if a device has been used, unless it is clearly defective upon first use.

Products returned with visible wear, residue, or signs of use cannot be restocked or resold for hygiene reasons.
This includes (but is not limited to):
eye massagers, facial tools, LED masks, massage devices, and other personal-use items.
Exclusions
We cannot issue replacements or refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Normal wear and tear

Requests made after the 7-day window

Packages marked as delivered but not located (lost/stolen packages — please file a carrier claim)
