Refund policy

At Avenelle Luxe, we take pride in offering carefully selected, high-quality products from trusted suppliers. Every item is inspected and packaged with care before it ships.

Because many of our products are personal-use wellness and skincare devices, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will gladly assist with a replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement Eligibility

We are happy to replace an item at no additional cost if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  3. Include clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The issue or damage

Once we confirm the details, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.

Hygiene & Safety Policy (Very Important)

For the safety and protection of all customers:

  • We do not accept returns on used or opened skincare/wellness devices.

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued if a device has been used, unless it is clearly defective upon first use.

  • Products returned with visible wear, residue, or signs of use cannot be restocked or resold for hygiene reasons.

This includes (but is not limited to):
eye massagers, facial tools, LED masks, massage devices, and other personal-use items.

Exclusions

We cannot issue replacements or refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Requests made after the 7-day window

  • Packages marked as delivered but not located (lost/stolen packages — please file a carrier claim)

  • Orders where incorrect shipping details were entered at checkout
